We endeavour to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, however please allow upto 15 working days for delivery when selecting Royal Mail 1st Class.

Delivery Information: We cannot be held responsible for delays with standard delivery as they may be out of our immediate control. Unfortunately Royal Mail will not deem a parcel lost until it has been in the postal system for 15 or more working days.

It is very unlikely for a parcel to take this length of time, but unfortunately we are unable to dispatch replacement items until this time has elapsed.

Very occasionally certain items will go temporarily out of stock or may be discontinued at short notice by our suppliers. We will notify you via your order status if this is the case you have the opportunity to keep your items on back order, arrange alternative products or have a refund.

In the event that we cannot send all your items in one shipment we will part ship your order so that you receive the majority of your selected items as quickly as possible. The remainder of your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of the good from our suppliers.

Returned orders due to incorrect address or non collection after attempted delivery will be refunded less the delivery cost, if no delivery cost was charged the amount will be dependent on shipment method e.g. Standard Post, Courier, Air Mail, Overseas Land Mail.
