We aim to despatch all orders within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) of receipt. Orders are despatched via Royal Mail first class post unless courier option is selected (please allow up to 7 working days for delivery when choosing Royal Mail).

I cant find a product that I have purchased from you before
Products come and products go! Ranges are being constantly updated and repackaged. Sometimes manufactures repackage thier brands so that although you don't recognise a product it is still available although in a new style of bottle or container. This can be confusing as we get used to how our favourite products look. Use our search facility or our live chat and we will try and track down what you are looking for. Manufacturers also discontinue products and we are happy to suggest an alternative.

My product smells different or is a different colour
This is not unusual - formulations change over time often in line with EU guidlines. However, just because the liquid, gel, wax or spray is a different colour or smell it does not always mean that it will perform diferently. Also, the name of a product can change but the contents stays the same. For example what was once called "Sensative Scalp" may be renamed to Soothing Theropy.

My order is marked as dispatched but I haven't received it
Once a parcel leaves our warehouse via royal mail we have no control on it's delivery. Despite some bad press our experience with Royal Mail is that they normally deliver parcels the next day and losses are rare. Some deliveries can take a little longer if you live in a remote location or when demand is high such as Christmas. We suggest that you cantact your local sorting office to see if your parcel is being held there after a failed delivery, missed delivery cards are NOT ALWAYS posted through your letter box. We find that 9 times out of 10 your parcel will be waiting for you at the sorting office. If this is not the case then Royal Mail consider a parcel missing after 14 days from date of dispatch. Unfortunatley we can not make any enquiries with them untill this 14 day period has expired. You should then contact us to resolve the problem. If we are unable to trace your parcel we ask that you assist us in claiming for this loss from Royal Mail as per our terms and conditions.
